Electricians in Nassau County

There is no county electrician license in Nassau. Consumer Affairs leaves licensing to local government, so the electrician’s license comes from Hempstead, North Hempstead, Oyster Bay, Glen Cove, Long Beach or a village. Rockville Centre, for example, will only license an electrician who already holds a license from one of the three towns, and East Rockaway puts its own registration number on the permit next to the Hempstead numbers. Long Beach publishes its 2026 to 2027 list of licensed electricians, and three of the companies below are on it.
